Health Care Services in Independent Living:

Independent Living includes 24-hour emergency response.

A variety of health care services are available to independent living residents for an additional fee. Please contact our Registered Nurse if you are in need of health care services.

We will work with you to develop Personalized Care Plan to fit your needs and independent lifestyle.
 

Monthly rental fee includes the following:

• Private apartment (select units with lake views, balconies, bay windows, or fireplaces)
• Private bath with walk-in shower and/or bathtub
• Full size kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and garbage disposal
• 24-hour emergency call service with wall-mounted pull cord
• One restaurant style meal daily in our open dining room.
• Light housekeeping every other week
• Scheduled social, spiritual, recreational, educational, wellness programs
• Transportation for scheduled outings and shopping
• Personal washer and dryer in most apartments (Complimentary laundry facilities on each floor for apartments without washer and dryers)
• All utilities except telephone and internet access
• Basic cable television service (local and community channels)
• Individual climate controls (heat and air conditioning)
• Window blinds
