A full menu of health care services is available to assisted living residents for an additional fee.  We will work with you to develop a Personalized Care Plan to fit your needs to keep you as self-reliant as possible.
 

Monthly rental fee includes the following:

• Private apartment specially designed for assisted living
• Private bath with walk-in shower and/or bathtub
• Kitchens are fully equipped with major appliances
• Initial Health Care Assessment and ongoing monitoring
• Access to personal care staff on duty 24 hours per day
• 24-hour emergency call service with wall-mounted pull cord & pendant
• Three daily restaurant-style meals - Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner in our open dining room.
• Weekly housekeeping service
• Weekly Linen Change
• Scheduled social, spiritual, recreational, educational, wellness programs
• Transportation for scheduled outings and shopping
• Medical transportation arrangements
• Complimentary laundry facilities on each floor
• All utilities except telephone and internet access
• Basic cable television service (local and community channels)
• Individual climate controls (heat and air conditioning)
• Window blinds
• Initial assessment and evaluation for health care services, which includes the development of a plan of care.
• Licensed nurse supervisory visit every other month, including an assessment and evaluation of health care services
• Registered nurse maintenance of clinical record information
• Access to licensed nursing staff during regular business hours.
